Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders are received and take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping time varies by location and shipping carrier. This is dependent on stock, delivery area, and transit times. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping (Continental U.S.) We offer UPS and USPS shipping to all addresses. However, we must charge Utah Sales Tax of 7.05% to anyone that picks-up in our local store or has there order shipped to a Utah address, regardless of their residency status.

Backorders

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped.  

Motorcycle Shipping

Average Shipping cost on complete bobber builds is ussally between  $650 to $850 for the lower 48 States. International and Overseas shippments vary from $2500-$3500. We can recommended several shipping companies for you to research once your bike is complete. All taxes,tariffs and duties are your responsibility.

We strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect; we regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail.
Due to the cost, size and weight, Motorcycles and some other large items can only be shipped to lower 48 states. Due to cost and size restrictions, certain large items cannot be shipped to AK, HI, PR., APO and FPO addresses.
 

There are no refunds on Closeout items

All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. That includes any box and/or tags that the product came with.

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back to us. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured trackable US Mail (we do not accept CODs).

You will be responsible for actual shipping and handling charges both directions. We will deduct our actual shipping and handling costs.

Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to an additional restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

In the case of refusal of delivery we will still collect all shipping charges that apply, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
